Nettetal Participants from all over North Rhine-Westphalia traveled to Nettetal to take part in the first state course of the Ju-Jutsu Association NRW at JJJC Nettetal.
(RP) The first state course of the North Rhine-Westphalian Ju-Jutsu Association 2022 took place in Nettetal. The participants traveled from all over North Rhine-Westphalia to the JJJC in Nettetal to take part in this topic. The topic was choking techniques while standing and lying on the ground. Controlled constriction techniques were used to defend against various kick, punch, and weapon attacks. The speaker was Werner Dermann, 7th DAN. He is particularly specialized in this subject, since many techniques come from the field of judo. He also has the 6th DAN in judo. His assistant coach was Moritz Ott, who is also a coach and youth leader at JJJC Nettetal.
Of course, the requirements of the Corona Protection Ordinance were observed. It was a highly interesting course, as the participants reported. The next state training course will take place in Nettetal in March, which many athletes are already waiting for.
