The Bien-être & Sport association targets all audiences

The Bien-être & Sport association is a new association from Bajamont which, since the start of the school year last September, has been offering a Pilates® class for adults every Saturday at 9 a.m. by the lake in summer and in the village hall for the winter period. The objective of Pilates® classes, accessible to all levels, is gentle and in-depth muscle building, relaxation and pain reduction.

The association has also opened a multisport school for children aged 3 to 11 from the town and neighboring towns. During the first period, 42 children were able to discover biathlon (races and archery), handball and flag rugby. Since November, the activities have changed regularly for each group and at the end of the year the children were involved in hockey, step music and baby-gym. Skill sports then athletics and racket sports will interest the youngest (born in 2017 and 2018) in the coming months. For those born in 2015 and 2016, it will be gymnastic activities, racket sports and then until mid-June athletics. the older ones are introduced to the rules of each sport practiced. A restitution of the activities had been planned for mid-December but in view of the sanitary conditions this meeting with the parents had to be postponed. The multisport school is open from September to June during the school term, on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (several lessons follow one another depending on age). 3-day multi-sport courses are planned for July.
