The I Judo Phase of the Castilla-La Mancha School-Age Sports Championship was held at the Tomelloso Sports City Sports Pavilion, where more than 100 judokas from the entire region gathered in the child and cadet categories, both female as masculine.
It was a day that did not disappoint the large audience that was already looking forward to enjoying contact sports again, after so many months of fighting the pandemic.
The show offered by the judokas of the region, due to the high level shown and the fight to get the first points in the classification for the Spanish Championship, was another incentive for this competition.
The judokas of the clubs that represented the province of Albacete in this Phase obtained five gold, seven silver and seven bronze medals.
By clubs, the Albacete Escolapios Formas Judo Club won five golds, as many silvers and four bronzes, and the Casas Ibánez Judo two silvers and three bronzes.
