LThe Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar continues to grow and, after inaugurating 3 new hard surface indoor courts last December, now it has done the same with another 7 semi-covered clay courts, which have already begun to be used for the 150 players who reside annually in the high performance center located in Manacor.
This expansion of the facilities is part of a growth project that will continue to consolidate the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar as one of the most important sports complexes in the world.
In the coming months, the new complex will be officially opened, which will house both the new indoor courts already in use (3 hard courts and 7 clay courts), such as a new fitness center and an innovative medical center at the service of the players who live in the Academy throughout the year carrying out the annual program, combining their training with their academic studies.
This extension (which will also contain new clay, paddle tennis and beach volleyball courts) will also serve to serve adults and young people who carry out weekly stays at the Academy and to be able to host even more international tournaments and events.
La Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar, which has become the epicenter of national tennis, organizing five ITF World Tennis Tour by LG tournaments at the start of 2022, hosts this week the ITF World Tennis Tour Junior tournament by Santander in which some of the young promises of world tennis meet.
