Belgian forward Vrenz Bleijenbergh has terminated his three-year contract with Coosur Real Betis, an entity he joined five months ago, the Verdiblanca entity has reported.
Bleijenbergh, 21, came to Betis from Telenet Antwerp Giants, the club where he was trained and where he played for the last 14 seasons, the last three as a professional in the first team.
In 2020-2021 he played 31 games in the EuroMillions Basketball League, the highest national category in Belgium, in which he averaged 9.5 points and 5.4 rebounds; and in the European Championship he played 9 games, with 9.7 points and 2.7 rebounds on average.
He made his debut with the Belgium senior team before he was 19 years old and has even participated in a match with the senior team of his country in the qualifying phase for the next Eurobasket in 2022.
