For the first time in the history of our sports, two women have won the coach of the year award: they are Simona Conti for baseball e Marta Gambella for softball the winners of the award “Coach of the year 2021“. Marta Gambella, a true legend of Italian softball and of the Italian national team, member of the FIBS Hall of Fame, coach and column of Macerata Softball, has recently also joined the staff of the elite national champion of Europe in office, bringing all his experience and infinite competence as a dowry.
