The Tunisian selection will face the United Arab Emirates this Friday, February 11, as part of the third day of the group stage of the Arab Nations Basketball Championship (from February 8 to 16, in the United Arab Emirates).
After a first difficult victory against Libya (64-63), for its first match of the Arab Nations Championship which is currently taking place in the United Arab Emirates, the Tunisian basketball team managed to win a second victory on Thursday against Jordan on the score of 64/56, after a very close match.
This Friday, February 11, the Carthage Eagles will play their last match in the group stage against the host country, the UAE. The Tunisians will seek to continue their momentum by chaining a third victory in a row to finish this first round in first place.
Note that at the end of the group stage, all teams will qualify for the final round. The leader of each group A will be exempt from the quarter-finals while the other teams will fight for a place in the last four.
