Medellin tennis teacher jailed for sexually abusing his four-year-old daughter

According to research carried out by a Prosecutor of the Comprehensive Care Center for Victims of Sexual AbuseCaivas, the tennis teacher is accused of touching his four-year-old daughter of a sexual nature, since she was four years old.

The different abuses were committed inside a house located in the west of Medellín, they would have started in 2013 and, apparently, continued between 2020 and 2021.

According to Sectional Director of the Prosecutor’s Office of Medellín, Natalia Rendónrevealed that with the investigations carried out, the victim would have been accessed on at least ten occasions.

Likewise, according to the complaint filed he would have received blows to the face and psychological abuse by his fatherrevealed the prosecutor.

THE sports professional was captured by units of the Police for Children and Adolescents on January 31 and did not acquiesce to the charges filed.

During the month of January 2022 they have been processed six biological parents for sexual conduct against their children in Medellínreported the Attorney General’s Office.

On January 30, the Attorney General’s Office reported in a press release that it had captured Nelson Javier Villamil Jimenez, a driver of a mobility application accused of sexually abusing a 19-year-old woman in Bogotá. The capture took place thanks to the investigation carried out by the entity under the coordination of a prosecutor of the Elite Group of Sexual Crimes, GEDES of Bogotá, with the support of the Sijín Judicial Police.

The facts for which the capture was made were presented on December 15, 2020. The investigating entity ensures that the victim requested the mobility service through an application and, according to the evidence collected, “upon arrival the vehicle, the driver would have noticed that the passenger was intoxicated and would have taken advantage of the situation”, explained the entity.

Villamil would have taken the woman to an uninhabited place in the north of Bogotá to “carnally access her inside the car,” the Prosecutor’s Office reported in a press release. The young woman managed to escape from the vehicle and was helped by the community, while the alleged aggressor fled the scene.

On January 26, Sijín officials captured the accused, who was still working as a driver for the transportation application. After the preliminary hearings, the Prosecutor’s Office affirmed that Villamil is accused of the crime of carnal access or sexual act with a person incapable of resisting in a more punishable circumstance, charges that were accepted by the defendant.

The entity also requested the security measure in a prison center due to the charges facing the accused. A judge with function of control of guarantees of Bogotá imposed the measure.
