Cugnaux.  Archer wins international archery tournament

The 24th edition of the Nîmes, seen by the vice-president of the Arc Club of Nîmes”>international indoor archery tournament took place from January 21 to 23, in Nîmes, welcoming highly renowned archers from all over the world.

During this competition, Henri Dedieu, currently archer from the Toulouse club TAC, and former archer from the Cugnaux club where he still trains regularly, distinguished himself by winning the gold medal in his category, barebow bow (without viewfinder).

The challenge took place in two phases: qualifying shots followed by duels.

From the qualifying shots, Henri positioned himself in 3rd place with a score of 527-600 points. Three duels followed, during which Henri encountered a Belgian and two Frenchmen. After a difficult first duel, which Henri won with a shoot-off, he easily won the next two. A very good victory for Henri Dedieu.
