Bayreuth’s race to catch up in its own hall

Bamberg wins with only eight players in the squad

Brose Bamberg celebrated an away win at the Jobstairs Giessen 46ers with 92:89. Due to injury and illness-related absences, there were only eight players in the squad of Upper Franconia, including junior player Lukas Passarge. The game was hotly contested: the lead changed hands a total of 19 times. The best scorer of the game was Giessen’s Kendale McCullum with 27 points.

Bayreuth is currently tenth in the table with ten wins and ten defeats. Bamberg is one place behind with nine wins and eleven defeats.
