Ours in American Universities and Colleges
Text and research by Jacques Lanciault
Mirabel, Quebec, February 14, 2022 – The 2022 winter-spring baseball season in American colleges kicked off on January 28. Already three weeks of baseball games are behind us, games that have allowed many Quebec baseball players to accumulate interesting statistics.
So far, 27 of the 65 baseball players whose names appear on NJCAA, NCAA and NAIA team rosters have played games…
As in past years, we present weekly the ranking of leaders in the different statistical categories among Quebec baseball players playing in American universities and colleges.
Of course, any ranking of leaders for our team playing in the American university and college networks is skewed by significant differences in the number of games played by each, by the different systems used by the teams to compile statistics and obviously by the caliber of play specific to each circuit.
But, despite these limitations, let’s still look at who the leaders are after three weeks of activity.
