THE VEGA.- With a massive participation of athletes from the various associations that make up the Dominican Archery Federation, FEDOTA, the qualifying tournament was held to choose the Dominican representatives who will participate in the Central American Games in Puerto Rico, to be held from the 14th to the 20th of next month of March.
The tournament was attended by dozens of archers representing the associations of Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macorís, Peravia, Hermanas Mirabal, Duarte, Santiago and the hosts of La Vega and was held in the municipal complex of that municipality under the direction technique of Manolo Bartumeu and the general direction of the President of the La Vega Association and of the Dominican Archery Federation itself.
The tournament was won by the representation of Santo Domingo, leaving La Vega in second place and San Pedro de Macorís in third place.
In the tournament, a plaque of recognition was given to Mr. Analdo Rodríguez, Regional Director of Norcentral Sports.
