Basketball club “VEF Rīga” concludes long-term contracts with Krūmiņš and Butirina – Basketball – Apollo.lv – Sports

The 20-year-old team leader Krūmiņš has averaged 6.2 and 2.2 assists in the match this season, while the 18-year-old striker Butirins has gained 3.0 points and won 1.8 rebounds.

Both once played for “VEF Skola”, at the youth level Krūmiņš was under the auspices of BJBS “Rīga” / DSN, but Butirins played for the team “BS Rīga Ķeizars”.

“VEF Rīga” takes the first place in the regular championship of the Latvian-Estonian basketball league and has entered the final of the Latvian Cup.
