This is a 1997-98 Metal Universe Precious Metal Gems Emerald
As reported by ESPN, a card from the late Kobe Bryant sold for a record $ 2 million. This is the highest value ever achieved by a card with the image of the 24 of the Los Angeles Lakers, as confirmed by PWCC Marketplace.
This is not an autographed or rookie card but nonetheless special due to its rare emerald variant to be found in good condition. Kobe Bryant thus enters a restricted club. Only LeBron James, Luka Doncic and Michael Jordan had cards listed at least two million dollars (the one with the most value is that of LBJ, autographed and by rookie, for 5.2 million dollars).
