This Sunday took place in Méricourt the championship of Hauts-de-France minimal. Only the podium and the best of the two 5th could qualify for the Coupe de France. Three judokas from the‘ASC have been selected.
Following the regional championship of this Sunday, February 20 in Méricourt, 3 judokas from the ASC Judo club have qualified. The condition to obtain his qualification: to be on the podium or to be the best of the two 5th. Sihane Michaelis became regional champion Maee Pecqueux who she is vice-champion and finally Hugo Davelu-Couriat, best of the two 5th, got their place to fight in the Coupe de France. Their trainer, Anthony Coussy thinks that the competition took place in a very good state of mind: “I had 7 minims who fought during the regional championship. Three qualify for the French championships. Of the seven this weekend two were minimal 2 and the rest were minimal 1, so it’s really good for a first year. It promises for next year”.
Sihane has the experience to claim a podium.

Medals are expected at the French championships “ Sihane Michaelis wins, she is minimal 2, light in addition to her category, she does a very good competition by putting ippon in all his fights. Maee Pecqueux minimal 1 ranks second, it’s really not bad. We hope to have medals, after for the minimal 1 it’s only the beginning. – 70kg : Sihane Michaelis 1st (qualified for the French Cup)

55kg Hugo Davelu-Couriat 5th (qualified for the French Cup)
