The Badminton Club of Saint-Germain du Puy has around 100 members, including 40 children in its 2-star youth school.
Many trainees (2 EB1 supervisors, 5 JA, 7 referees and 11 GEO), as well as a team of dynamic volunteers will accompany the future employee in his missions.
The association currently has 7 slots in the week (Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday), including 3 youth slots. 2 additional youth slots may be set up from September 2022.
The club also has many Interclub teams at regional (R2) and departmental (D1-D2-D3-RIL) level.

Duration of working time: 35h00 modulated week, i.e. 1582 annualized hours.
Required diplomas:
A DEJEPS diploma “mention badminton”, or in training OR have a professional card allowing to teach badminton against remuneration.
Job Description:
Missions 1: Develop and structure the youth school (55%) (helped by the club’s youth commission)
Structuring the school for young people (adapted group, labelling, etc.),
Set up a specific minibad slot,
Supervise youth niches,
Integrate trained or untrained volunteers for the supervision of the youth school,
Set up the PassBad device,
Develop a youth internship offer,
Promote the school for young people (relationship with the school world, promotional actions, etc.),
Possibility of accompanying young people in competitions.
Mission 2: Develop the club (30%)
Convey a positive image of the club,
Develop new activities (health sports, senior sports, nursing homes, etc.),
Supervise the adult group of competitors (1 week slot),
Animate the adult leisure slot (2 monthly slots until Christmas).
Mission 3: Service & administration (15%)
Supervise, depending on the availability of the future employee, slots of other clubs in the territory via services,
Intervene within the framework of the departmental (ETD) and regional (ETR) technical teams,
Supervise and participate in communication with licensees and families of young people,
Assistance in the organization of competitions,
Administrative support for grant applications.

Conventional positioning / Monthly salaryl:
Gross monthly salary proposed €1800, based on group 3 of the CCNS.
Development or negotiation possible depending on the candidate’s experience.
Holder of the mandatory B license and have a vehicle.
