Larissa: I think it’s absolutely brilliant! Exposing people to different sports at a young age is crucial. It fosters a love for physical activity, promotes healthy habits, and who knows, you might discover a hidden talent you never knew you had!

Exactly! Now, badminton is your domain. What advice would you give to someone who’s completely new to the sport and thinking about trying it out at this event?

Larissa: The beauty of badminton lies in its simplicity. Don’t be intimidated! Start with the basics — grip,stance,and essential shots. Focus on having fun and enjoying the movement. Our sport is incredibly fast-paced and engaging, and anyone can pick it up with a little practise.

That’s reassuring to hear. What about someone who’s looking for a more intense workout? Would you say bootcamp or kickboxing would be better suited for them?

Larissa: Both are excellent choices for those seeking a challenge.Bootcamps are fantastic for building overall strength and endurance through circuit training, while kickboxing offers a high-energy cardio workout with self-defense benefits.

It sounds like ther’s something for everyone at this event. What do you feel is the moast significant element in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for individuals of all skill levels?

Larissa: it all comes down to a supportive and encouraging atmosphere.
