The Sociedade Anônima no Futebol (SAF) is already part of the reality of some football clubs in Brazil, generating major transformations and some benefits such as the renegotiation of short and long-term debts, application of investments, reorganization of the balance sheet, thus promoting more autonomy for certain club rules.
This Thursday (26th), the subscription and distance learning platform Go Up Football will hold the event SAF – Futuro dos Clubes de Futebol Brasileiro, in order to resolve doubts and present possible solutions that can be implemented with the new business format.
The event will take place online and live, from 18:30 and will feature the participation of lawyer and specialist in sports legislation, Thiago Millet, André Krummenauer CFO of finance at Chapecoense, Flávio Boson, legal superintendent of Cruzeiro and Mário Bobadilla, personal finance consultant and investment advisor.
Entries can be made through the Go Up Football subscription platform.
