As foreseen by the municipal statute, the body must also entrust the sports facilities owned by companies that guarantee their ordinary maintenance, thus lightening the daily task of the body which should dedicate employees only for the management of football fields, gyms and structures. Among those that the city municipal administration will put up for competition there is also the archery field, the historic seat of the Sarzana archers who will certainly re-propose their candidacy. In addition, management is also required for the next 5 years for the “Diego Bologna” tensile structure within the sports area of the stadium and the historic “Oscar Isoppo” soccer field in the Bradia district. The structures must maintain their current intended use, i.e. volleyball, archery and American football. The previous agreements have expired and for this the municipal administration must proceed with the new assignment which, obviously, does not exclude a continuity. Amateur sports clubs and associations, sports promotion bodies and associated sports disciplines and national sports federations will be admitted to public evidence and must be registered in the Register of associations. The annual concession fee will instead be defined in the tender documentation, while the award will be based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer assessed on the basis of the criteria set out in the tender documentation. …
