Warm up engines for the Sports Shooting Regional

Culiacán.- On the second day of the sports shooting competition, the young people polish their aim in search of the best marks to face the commitments that will catapult them to the last phase of the Conade 2022 National Games.

In one of the most closed and cardiac finals Damaris Chavez Parra achieved the 2022 state championship with a score of 241.9, leaving Sofía Sánchez Jiménez in second place with 240.7 units and third place went to Anayanci López with 214.9 points, in the female 16-17 year old category.

On the other hand, in the category 14-15 years female Madeleine Gárate takes first place with 2171 points. While, in the men’s branch, Abdul Monreal keeps the gold medal by adding 223.6 and the silver went to Luis Antonio Zavala with 219.5 points.

While, in the men’s branch, the gold went to Edgar Emilio Ramos with 238.8 points, the silver went to Jesus Mario Garcia with 224.9 points and the bronze for Emilio Ramírez with 210.4 points.

In the women’s 18-20 category, the national multi-medallist Karla Cebreros won the gold medal with a score of 247 points, while the silver medal went to the national medalist Katherine Nieblas with 224.9 points and the bronze he stayed andrea lopez with 210.4 points.

In the men’s category, first place gold went to Ángel Sebastián González with 238.8 points and silver to Geovani Rochín with 220.8 points.

In the women’s 14-15 category, the first place went to Marian Barraza with 206 points; the silver for Mayrin Orduño with 185 points and the bronze for Dorleth Eunice González with 156 points.

In the men’s branch, Javier Arturo Ayala won the gold in the 14-15 year old category by totaling 229.7 points. And in the 12-13 year old category Emiliano Ochoa Rodelo was crowned state champion 2022 with 214.6 points.

This Sunday is the third and last day of shooting competition, to continue preparing for the regional qualifying round based in Tijuana, Baja California from April 7 to 10.
