Hindú combined a good game, scoring and left no doubts against Colón

The green car defeated its pair from Corrientes by 94-65 in Resistencia. Facundo De Jesús was the scorer of the match with 19 points.

The actions started with a better standing Hindú and with Álvaro Ghidini very active in the first minutes of driving, quickly allowing his team to take a clear advantage (8-0). As the minutes went by, the locals continued to do better than the visit, and even more so when Facundo De Jesús put on the pitch his characteristic claw and goalscoring (13-1). On the side of Corrientes, the period passed and only Pablo Brocal’s contributions in the painted area gave some reactions, although the superiority of the host prevailed (18-9). However, in the closing, Colón, always with Pablo Brocal in the lead, had improvements that left him in the match, or at least closer to his rival, although the closing with a triple by David Reynoso allowed Hindú to finish the fourth with a 24-17 advantage.

In the second segment things did not change much. Hindú always had the initiative in the game and that allowed him to stay ahead (33-25), while Colón also bet on his individualities that at least allowed him to stay in the game. The minutes ran and the match somehow faded. The locals were comfortable or calm in several periods, something that gave them peace of mind (36-29). And, luckily for the people of Chaco, the closing of the period was favorable again, finding answers in all their men and therefore, a more than acceptable advantage against an always difficult rival. At the long break they went with a 42-31 advantage.

After halftime Hindú started much better, with all his goal ways in full force, so that the green car beat the visit, something that was quickly reflected in the score. On the side of the Corrientes, they never lowered their arms and that self-esteem was seen at all times. Third ten minutes for the locals by 67-42.

The last quarter no longer had major surprises. Hindú showed off and all his men were on the field to score an unquestionable victory. The game went on and we just had to wait for the final buzzer. Finally, Hindú obtained his first victory at home in the 2022 season of the Federal Basketball League. The final result was 94-65, being able to celebrate the birthday of a promise of “green blood” like Joaquín Fernández.

Those led by Ramiro Díaz Cuello must quickly turn the page, given that on Wednesday they have another tough stop, this time in Corrientes Capital, where they will face El Tala starting at 9:00 p.m.
