The Lakers are still down

The situation in the Lakers seems to be going from bad to worse, between injuries, rumors about changes and the management of the team from the management, going through the future of LeBron James, the team added a new defeat at home by losing to New Orleans to continue with negative record and infuriate fans in Los Angeles.

The Pelicans took the win 123-95, the largest victory in their matchups against the Lakers with CJ McCollum leading the way with 22 points and former Laker Brandon Ingram adding 19.

Is a storm coming in Los Angeles?

It is obvious that the alarms are going off, the Lakers have lost their second consecutive game and have 14 losses in the last 20 games, their record is getting worse, 27-33, which keeps them in 9th place in the Play-In, but very far from the expectations that were for them this campaign.

The rumors about the future of LeBron James, the clashes between LeBron’s group and management, the injury of Anthony Davis and of course the little or no effect of Russell Westbrook on the team are issues that have hurt the franchise. They have time to mend the road, but if things don’t change, it’s likely that a big storm could break out in Los Angeles.
