The game scheduled for this Sunday at 6 p.m. cannot take place because five Oldenburg players tested positive for the corona virus using a PCR test. This was announced by the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) on Boxing Day around two hours before the scheduled start of the game.

“The players were immediately isolated. All other players and team members tested negative,” the BBL said. Since Oldenburg has less than eight players available, the game was postponed. A rescheduling should be “informed in due course”.
