A beautiful good morning! Football teacher Marcelo Bielsa has terminated his contract with Leeds United after three and a half years. Before that, he sensationally led the traditional European club back into the Premier League after 16 years. It has been announced by the club that plans are being made at Elland Road (Leeds United’s stadium) a permanent tribute to the Argentine.
The 66-year-old Bielsa, who has been on the lime line there since June 2018, has resigned because of the currently unpleasant campaign. After 26 games, Leeds are only (or still) 16th with just 23 points, have lost half of their games in just five wins and have conceded by far the most in the league with 60 goals.
