With arms raised high, the judo representative from Parral came out, as part of his participation in the Conade 2022 Judo State Games, when he was crowned team champion by counting a total of 35 medals, in an event held on February 26 and 27, having as stage the Municipal Auditorium Gymnasium.

With this, once again judo put Parral on high, demonstrating that it is a power in this sports discipline in the state, where a total of fifteen Parralenses secured their pass to the regional macro to be held from April 5 to 8 in the state. from Aguascalientes.

Making mention, this tournament could be held in our city with the support of Mayor César Peña Valles, for the benefit of Parralense sports.

It should be noted that a total of 210 competitors between the ages of four and 21 participated in the tournament, with the only official categories being under-15, under-18 and under-21, where athletes from Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua participated. , Delights and Parral.

The actions began on Saturday with the weigh-in and the realization of the graphics, agreeing on the fights according to weight and category, for Sunday a day of intense activity was presented, where little by little the champions were emerging in all the categories.

It should be noted that the Parral delegation was led by the coaches, Andrés Martínez, Gabriel González, Andrés Martínez Rojas and Oscar Aguirre, where their athletes had an outstanding participation that placed them as the first team team.

The Parralenses athletes who won the gold and who secured their pass to the regional macro of Aguascalientes next April are: In the sub-15 category, Sergio Baylon in 40 kilos; Eduardo Candia in 48 kilos; Iker López in 53 kilos; Jasmine Lopez 44 Kilos; Fernanda González in 48 Kilos; Victoria Saucedo in 53 kilos; Alhelí López at 58 kilos and Camila Serrano at 64 kilos.

Within the sub-18 category, Luis Rodríguez in 55 kilos; Jan Rincón in 60 kilos; Roberto Domínguez in 81 kilos; Brenda Guerrero at 57 kilos and Camila Talamantes at more than 78 kilos; while in the sub-21 category, Emmanuel Torres in 73 kilos and Gabriel Corral in 100 kilograms.

For their part, those who were awarded silver are: In sub-15: Iveth Ruacho; Pedro López and Valeria Domínguez; in sub-18, Estrella Rubio and Rocío Juárez and in sub-21, Gina Rodríguez; while some who won bronze were, in sub 15, Diego Luna, Gerardo Martínez, Fernanda Soto; Emiliano Salcido, Oscar Quinonez; in sub-18, Sebastián González, Enrique Candía and Camila Rodríguez and in sub-21, Jahir Rincón.
