The participation of Millonaries FC on the Liberators cup ended prematurely after failing to defeat Fluminense in Phase 2 of the tournament. The ‘ambassador’ team lost 4-1 on aggregate after a 2-0 loss at the stadium San Januario and added a new failure to Alberto Gamero’s project.
