Judo Technique
Hiza guruma (knee car) It is one of the original 40 kinds of Judo thrown by Shiro Kano.[1] It belongs to the first group of traditional throwing lists Gokyo no waza small dojo judo. It is also included in the current 67 Kodokan judo bouts. It is classified as a foot technique (Ashi wa).
