Revealing an excellent level of play, the couple made up of Julia Olmos and Harriet Dartfrom Great Britain, managed to advance to the quarterfinal stage of this competition.
In the round of 16 duel, Olmos and Dart managed to win an exciting duel by a score of 6-3, 4-6 and 10-6 over Ayaka Okunofrom Japan, and Haley Giavarafrom the United States.
