Yffiniac.  The youngest will go to the Brittany judo championship

The departmental team judo championship, in the youngest category, took place in Lamballe this weekend. The local dojo, with its neighbor from the lay association of Langueux, presented ten judokas. The young team won the competition, thus qualifying for the Brittany championship, Saturday April 9, in Vannes (Morbihan).

The cadets also shone. Lise Ruen-L’Hospitalier, under 48 kg, finishes 1re. Brivaël Elinguel, under 50 kg, Boris Tréhard, under 81 kg and Dan Avril, under 90 kg, occupy, in their respective categories, the 2e square. Lilou Le Corvoisier, under 63 kg, finishes 3e, as well as Clément Guernion, less than 73 kg. All qualified for the Brittany championship, Sunday March 20, in Saint-Herblon (Ille-et-Vilaine).

“Our young athletes have worn the colors of the Yffiniac dojo high and are determined as the next deadline approaches”, says Monique Elinguel, their teacher.
