Kladno – Vítkovice 4: 3 PP, The Knights won the overtime in the finish, Kubík hit their win there

Vítkovice had to do without the sick head coach Miloš Holan on Sunday in Litvínov, and the team was led by assistants Radek Philipp and Roman Šimíček. The Ostrava offensive after Jakub Illéš from Jihlava was also strengthened by the end of the season by Vlastimil Dostálek from another first-league club Havířov, whose season will end with a certain relegation to the second league on Wednesday.

The Knights were already close to the lead in the 2nd minute. A bag from the left circle hit the opposite pole of the Trail’s goal. On the other hand, Lednický threatened. The Vítkovice goalkeeper then coped with the attempts of Plekance and Zikmund. Bow did not beat Illéš after renumbering the guests. One minute before the end of the introductory part, Kladno rejoiced. After Sigismund’s pass, Pytlík prevailed.

Immediately after the break, the Kladno goalkeeper eliminated Marosz’s chance at the last minute. In the 25th minute he passed on the left side through Wood to Bow Friedrich and equalized to 1: 1.

In less than two minutes, he crossed the Hlava Trail in the renumbering after Plekance’s pass, but the judges did not recognize the goal after consulting with the video referee due to kicking the puck. At 27:37, when Friedrich was expelled, Kubík returned Kladna’s lead, which turned Plekance’s pass. The Knights defended Zikmud’s punishment and did not raise their scores during Koch’s expulsion.

At the beginning of the third period, Zikmund pushed in front of Vítkovice’s goal, but Stezka managed the situation. During Dej’s stay on the penalty bench, Baránek burned hard, but in the end, the guests were evenly balanced. Fridrich scored from the turn and scored the second goal in the match.

With Stehlík’s expulsion, Kubík was able to return Kladno’s leadership. With a full number of players, he did not finish the combination of Jágr and Pytlík Babek. The knights increased the pressure, but the trail resisted. Vítkovice was threatened with a break and the punishments of Sigismund and Melka gave them a chance to decide. The home team defended themselves 13 seconds in five against three, but Hruška scored in the classic power play in the 57th minute.

In the time of 58:08 after Plekance’s throw, Hlava settled and the Knights tried to decide for the rest of the basic playing time. In the setting, Lakatoš went to pay for a high stick and Kubík turned Plekanc’s pass into a winning shot.
