The Philadelphia 76ers would have everything ready to sign DeAndre Jordan this Thursday, according to an ESPN report.
The NBA Eastern Conference team will wait until the center is completely free to give him a contract for the veterans’ minimum wage.
The 76ers need to add a piece to help them in the interior game for the rest of the current season.
In the current regular round, Jordan spent 32 games with the Lakers. In that number of games he averaged 4.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game. He is 33 years old and has twice been the league’s rebounding champion.
