Cologne (SID) – Rookie Franz Wagner has continued the gentle upward trend in the North American professional basketball league NBA with Orlando Magic. The Florida team celebrated their third win from the last four games against the Toronto Raptors with 103:97, but is still at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with 16 wins after 64 games.
The 20-year-old Berliner Wagner recorded eleven points, seven rebounds and five assists. At Toronto, Isaac Bonga made a brief appearance, the guard collected an assist.
The Houston Rockets lost 101-116 to the Denver Nuggets without Dennis Schröder, who still had an ankle injury.
