The French Tennis Federation, mobilized to support Ukraine and Ukrainian tennis players, is launching the “French Tennis for Ukraine and Peace”. A call for donations for the benefit of UNICEF’s support for Ukrainian children, young people and families has been launched among the entire French tennis family, with the FFT directly contributing 150,000 euros to this fund. .
Federal and regional facilities available to Ukrainians
The FFT has also undertaken the inventory and the provision of its accommodation and training capacities within its National Training Center (Paris) and in the centers of all its regional leagues, to offer players, Ukrainian tennis players and coaches present on French soil with a training solution and, as far as possible, accommodation. Private academies are also involved in this process.
The seven international tennis bodies (4 Grand Slam tournaments, ATP, WTA and ITF) have also decided to unite to structure a solidarity effort which will be communicated very soon.
