With colorful play and hierarchy, Atlético Nacional won 2-0 over DIM in the Antioquia classic for date 10 in the I-2022 League. At the end of the match, Hernán Darío Herrera DT in charge spoke about the team’s scaffolding weighing on what is coming for the local tournament.

Regarding what is to come and the inclusion in this match of the full-backs Juan David Cabal and Hayen Palacios, Herrera indicated that “we have to look for the League and win it, although many believe that we don’t have what it takes. We have five players on the outside and we are going to fight for the title, Nacional is not dead. When Juan David Cabal arrived at Nacional it was my turn and I used him as a left back. Today he had a great game, he showed a great level and that made me happy, I also had Hayen Palacios in minors and I know what it can give”.
Regarding the approach of the team, Herrera pointed out that “I did this game system at Real Cartagena, with a central midfielder. I like the offensive players, I have people who know how to play and in defense they behaved very well, they showed hierarchy There are things to continue strengthening.”
Finally, the strategist remarked that “we have to look for collective functioning, we depend on more than one player. With this team I had just four work sessions and the variations were few. The hard work was mental, I had to get them back”.
