Galatasaray beat Gaziantep Basketball this weekend thanks to Maurice Ndour, author of a double-double and voted man of the match.
Galatasaray Nef took on Gaziantep Basketball in Week 22 of the ING Basketball Super League. The match played at Sinan Erdem Sports Hall ended in a 75-74 victory in favor of Galatasaray with a double-double from Maurice Ndour.
The Senegalese international put in a very good performance which earned him the title of MVP of the match. He has indeed distinguished himself thanks to his double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds but also 4 blocks. The 13th victory this season for Maurice Ndour’s club this season in the Turkish basketball championship.
Galatasaray, who are preparing their next match against Hapoel Holon, for the round of 16 of the FIBA Champions League, ranks 5th in the championship with 35 points.
