Over 2,000 kilometers of hope. The exodus of the Ukrainian national team of Olympic and world medaled synchronized swimming towards the federal center of Ostia has begun. The champions will arrive at the federal center of Ostia around 11 tomorrow. At 9 pm the bus from Budapest should leave with the ten athletes and the two technicians who crossed the border of Beregsurány and reached the Hungarian capital during the night.
These are eight athletes who started from Lviv – world and European champions Veronika Hryshko, European champion Olesia Derevianchenko, European youth medalists Anhelina Ovchynnikova, Anastasiia Soldatenkova, Valeriya Tyshchenko (17) and Anastasiia Shmonina (16 years) and the national champions Amelia Volynska (16 years) and Daria Moshynska (14 years) – with the technicians Oleisia Zaitseva and Kseniia Tytarenko and the twins Maryna and Vladyslava Aleksiiva, Olympic bronze, world and European champions, who joined from Chernivtsi.
