From June 2022, Your Nature, the first Belgian eco-resort, will welcome the public for an uncompromising getaway in the Domaine du Bois de Fouage in Antoing. After many postponements following the health crisis, a date has finally been communicated.
In this preserved site of 280 hectares, between trees and natural lakes, nest five types of eco-lodges but also leisure areas and places to eat favoring authenticity and local flavors. An invitation to rediscover simple pleasures in contact with nature. Through its approach to sustainable tourism, Your Nature embodies a new generation of leisure parks focused on reducing the ecological footprint, promoting heritage wealth, and qualitative objectives to be achieved both in design and construction and in operation of the destination.
Offering five types of accommodation in different universes, You Nature is inspired by nature and respects the natural spaces and biodiversity of the place. “The site is growing at the pace and listening to its ecosystem. The eco-resort invites people to rest, serenity and sustainable tourism, to reconnect fully with Belgian nature”.
The constant search for authenticity also takes on its full meaning in the restaurant concepts developed for the estate. In cohesion with the producers of the region, Your Nature is proud to offer culinary experiences that give pride of place to local products. “The eco-resort will offer three restaurants: La Maison, which will welcome guests from breakfast to dinner, with refined cuisine favoring local products. The bar at La Maison offers a menu consisting of tapas , cocktails, local beers and wines and those from nearby countries. The Bazaar, which will open its doors in October 2022, will offer a friendly concept with a Lounge Bar and a restaurant with authentic cuisine around a pizza oven”.
For the most homebound, a catering formula in the accommodation will be offered, thanks to the Your Choice range, and its simple menus, to cook together. L’Épicerie, a small shop located in the center of the eco-resort, will allow you to take away dishes, again favoring local and authentic products.
On the water, on land or in the air
Need for relaxation, entertainment or sensations, there is something for everyone at Your Nature. “In the heart of this nature, where water is an integral part of the decor, there will be many aquatic activities, including kayaking, canoeing, pedalboarding. Lost between the trees, two lakes will also welcome fishing enthusiasts”. On land, adventurers will be invited to discover the immense private woods of the estate thanks to the educational trails. More than 40 activities are offered: mountain bike trails, mini football, padel court rental, electric bike and mountain bike rental, mini golf adventure, archery, etc.
