Face-to-face sports activities return to the Minera Fresnillo facilities. Soccer, bike cross, baseball and tennis are reactivated, all under strict health and hygiene protocols, as well as the presentation of the vaccination certificate to access the facilities.
Jerónimo Medina, Superintendent of Relations with the Community of the Fresnillo District, commented that after two years of isolation, they return with the same impetus as always to promote programs and initiatives with the communities, mainly those in which children and young people participate. .
It is worth mentioning that sport is part of the Social Responsibility initiatives of Fresnillo PLC, to promote skills and abilities, team play and a healthy lifestyle among Fresnillo children and young people.

The Santos Fresnillo Soccer Academy is characterized by training the little ones based on the professional and institutional character that distinguishes the Santos Laguna Club; In addition, the academy is the largest of the 41 that exist in the country and, since 2019, it has formed more than 15 teams, in its different categories that have participated in different leagues.
