We announce that we have reached an agreement with the right pitcher Eddy Abel Garcia Del Toro, of Cuban nationality, born in 1992.
Eddy played in Cuba with the team of the capital Los Industriales de La Habana and with experiences in Italy with Cagliari and Paternò. Last year in Paternò he won 4 games, losing 0 and saving 5, out of 15 games in which he was employed. In 52.2 innings pitched he scored 91K and 13BB with a PGL average of just 1.20.
Eddy had already been confirmed for this season by the Red Sox of Paternò and is already in Italy, but due to the withdrawal of the Sicilian team from the championship these days, which we regret, he reached an agreement with Hort @ Godo not to miss the season.
We welcome Eddy who will be available to manager Stefano Naldoni as early as March 16.
