In the series between Liberec and Sparta, it is starting to boil up again. This time the head coaches took one of the main roles and the criticism was definitely not spared. Media pressure, brek and no name players – all this and much more came after Saturday’s fight.
Augusta got the initial kick-off of the psychological game between the two coaches after the third duel, when he called Jakub Klepiš a key foul-nephula to Miroslav Forman as a wrongdoer.
The White Tigers turned their disappointment into Saturday’s 4: 2 win, thus extending the season. According to Sparta’s coach, however, another beautiful duel of the explosive series had one big one: “I think that the matches were affected by some moments, which unfortunately are still in Czech hockey.”
At that moment, it was clear that Jandač had something big on his mind.
“If we are talking about someone whining up in the newspapers and creating media pressure, then it has just made an impact,” said the Prague pilot. And so the judges shook again. “I know they have a hard time. I don’t know if they succumbed to any pressure, “Jandač shrugged.
“If we’re talking about someone whining up in the newspaper and creating media pressure, that’s exactly what happened now.”
“The third goal was scored after a clear foul. I think this has the same effect on the match as in the previous duel. The same situation, “said the former coach of the national team.
However, even the coach of the Saturday winners was not in a very good mood. Reason? A sharp foul by Gennady Stoljarov on Ladislav Šmíd at the last minute for a determined state. “No name players are hurting the top Czech hockey players here,” said Augusta.
Stoljarov attacked Šmíd, then fought
“Jelínek attacked Řepík in the same way and the punishments are completely different,” Jandač countered. “If the meter doesn’t unite, it’ll still be goulash,” he continued.
“I don’t want it to sound like we’re whining here, but I’m just reacting and protecting my players the same way Augusta tried yesterday,” the head of the Spartan inverter explained.
The North Bohemian coach just smiled: “So he doesn’t want to cry and he’s already crying? I could state Sobotka’s foul on Vlach. “
“If there’s a cry that we had one outcast and the two of them, we’ll be hanging out here like girls in the sandbox.”
It didn’t end there either.
“If there’s a cry that we had one outcast and the two of them, we’ll be hanging out here like girls in the sandbox,” Augusta said another tingling remark.
His team will fight for another postponement of its end on Monday, when the fifth match is being played in Prague. Thanks to the statements of both coaches, the charge is undoubtedly taken care of.
