The Provincial Council recognizes the work of the Cura Mora Sports Association in favor of promoting sport from the base. And it has done so not only verbally, but also by granting this group a nominative grant of 5,000 euros so that it can continue developing its work.
This is how they explain it from the City Council, whose mayor, Antonio Caperote, attended the event held on Thursday in Cáceres, since in parallel he holds the position of president of Cura Mora. Both Caperote and the secretary of the association, Beatriz Vázquez, who was also present at the signing of the grant, are grateful for this recognition “which will help us to continue promoting, promoting and developing the sport from the base”.
Among other activities, Cura Mora (founded in the year 2000 by a group of friends committed to reactivating local sports activity) include those carried out around the Badminton section, organizing and achieving success in numerous championships, both regional as well as national level.
