This tournament was aimed at winning, so I’m disappointed that I couldn’t achieve it. As an individual, I wanted to be a player who can get points at any time. In the future, I want to be a player who can continue to grow and play an active role as the level of the surroundings will rise further in terms of physical and play.
# 30 Souryu Taira (Tairashutatsu) Player comment
This is the last tournament for junior high school students, so I went with all my heart. The result is disappointing, but I’m glad I was able to play with the members of this team. I would like to continue to work hard to improve my level.
# 78 Taira Namiki player comment
We lost this tournament on the way, but I think it was good that we were able to fully demonstrate our strengths. There was a wave in the accuracy of the shoot, so the challenge is to be able to score points at any time. I would like to correct the reflection points obtained in this tournament and become a shooter who can play an active role in the future.
Kanta Izumikawa U15 Head Coach Comments
I think it was wonderful that I continued to play earnestly without giving up until the end, mainly for senior students. I am really grateful to have been able to play basketball in such a social situation. It was a great opportunity for each player to move on to the next stage. In the future, I hope to continue to create a team that senior students have left for their juniors to play with all their might for the team.
