City of Puebla.- Amauri Otero Pérez, promise of national baseball, was recognized by the Puebla City Council, since at 17 years old he is the new signing of the Arizona Diamondbacks team of the MLB (Major League Baseball).
In the act, municipal authorities headed by the mayor Lalo Rivera, gave him a recognition for outstanding professional projection.
Amauri is the third promising player who, so far in 2022, receives a special distinction from the local government; Diego Hernández Zapata and Santiago “El Gallito” Gómez, players of the New York Yankees, were the first added to this honorary list.
