Usual script for training under 19 of the PFVonce again defeated at home by Arona Basket for 32-88, at the end of a game that has developed according to the now usual ways: it is very difficult to score points and open doors in defense for the opponent’s conclusions.
There are, however, as always, some extenuating circumstances, such as the absences of Momo, Francese and Bouznad for various reasons, but Prinetti in 2007 emerged among the youngest called to replace their companions (8 points), and a good contribution also gave Zanetti (2005: 14 points) and Debernardi (2004: 6 points).
Unfortunately, the defections were made in the last hour and it was not possible to find players in time to replace the absent ones.
Anyway coach Coralluzzo, at the end of the game, she appeared quite refreshed compared to the last few matches, declaring herself satisfied with the performance of the team, for which she also received the compliments of the opposing coach who noted the improvements, especially considering the absences of important players. You saw – he declared Coralluzzo – the search to put into practice what has long been tried in training in the offensive phase, sometimes reaching the goal, and this is positive in view of the hoped-for progress of the group.
Of course, in the context of this training, it is necessary to appreciate the small steps forward that are made from time to time.
The race had no historyas always: Arona, stronger and much more physically equipped, immediately moved forward (9-17 inthe first fraction) to practically close the games already in the middle of the race (16-40).
The recovery it was little more than a training session, with the PFV still holding a quarter (29-66 at 30 ‘) to give up definitively in the last period, in which it scored only three points for the final 32-88.
