Eco Bad South Town returns this weekend

“We are putting back the warm-up blue,” enthuses president Christian Barsacq, delighted to already have 120 registrations for this famous tournament which brought together 200 in 2019. He explains: “Eco Bad is a tournament played exclusively in men’s and women’s doubles on Saturday, and mixed on Sunday.

Eco-responsible approach

The tournament is turned towards eco-responsibility, it is the deep will of the club. Indeed, it has obtained the EcoBad label from the French badminton federation, for, among other things, sorting waste, banning plastic, carpooling, the use of recyclable cups, labeled Sport Responsable. Meals prepared by volunteers give pride of place to organic and local products.

The colors of the club will be defended by a good twenty players and players of the ASS Bad motivated to win some trophies which will come to decorate the shelves…

The tournament is open to anyone who wants to experience this fast and dizzying game and of course cheer on the ambassadors of this blue and white recreational sport. A raffle is also on the program. The club thanks all the partners for their valuable involvement in this logistics where many volunteers are mobilized.
