In terms of top positions, perhaps the Eastern Conference ranking is also clearly defined. The Milwaukee Bucks moved up to second place after defeating the Boston Celtics 127-121 live, led by Giannis Antetokounmpo (29 points, 11 rebounds) and Jrue Holiday (29 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists). Klay Thompson’s 33 points led the Golden State Warriors to victory over the Los Angeles Lakers, who were missing LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Russell Westbrook due to injuries. It ends 128-112, and Talen Horton-Turcker’s 40 points in the yellow-purple standings are noteworthy.
With LaMelo Ball’s 26 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds, Charlotte keeps her hopes for eighth place alive by beating Orlando 128-101. The Minnesota Timberwolves beat the San Antonio Spurs 127-121 thanks to Anthony Edwards’ 49 career points, while the New Orleans Pelicans beat the Portland Trail Blazers 127-94 thanks to CJ McCollum’s 23 points.
