Yariel continues to throw zeroes in Japanese baseball

Cuban pitcher Yariel Rodríguez maintained his ERA today at 0.00 in the Japanese Professional Baseball League.

In the match, Ariel Martínez from Matanzas went 1-4 and reduced his average to .316. Villa Clara’s Dayán Viciedo, whose contract does not go through the FCB, had two hits in four opportunities, scored a couple of runs and drove in a teammate.

The first baseman from Villa Clara, without two hits in the same game since April 5, increased his average to .234 and his total RBIs to four.

On the date, the Softbank Falcons lost 4×14 against the Rakuten Eagles at the Kamoike stadium in Kagoshima. Yurisbel Gracial went 2-for-2 with a tubey, single and two walks to raise her average to .213.
