New offer for children

Meckenheim.
Judo is much more than just a martial art – judo is the art of coordinating and developing physical and mental abilities. In judo, the mind should be trained above all. In addition, judo is an ideal recreational sport where the children have the opportunity to let off steam in a controlled manner and at the same time learn discipline. Regular judo training strengthens social skills, promotes respectful interaction with one another and contributes to positive personal development. If you are looking for a training opportunity for your children with pedagogically valuable content, this is the right course for you!

The course is aimed at children from the age of four. The central themes are: self-assertion, testing physical limits, training discipline, coordination and motor skills and targeted falling exercises. Parents don’t have to worry about the risk of injury. At the “Fall School” the children learn how to fall and roll safely. The judo minis are supervised by the professionally trained instructors of the MSV. The new course starts on 06.05.22. The group meets every Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the gym of the GGS Merl in Meckenheim.

Since the number of participants is limited, we ask that you register early at the MSV office on: 02225-6925 or by email to: [email protected].
