Rafael Nadal announced last Monday his return to training after completing four weeks off from sports due to a cracked rib.
the manager, to travel to the Spanish capital next week to play the Mutua Madrid Openhas completed this Thursday his fourth training on the ground of his academy in Manacor.
Under the supervision of Carlos Moy, one of his three coaches along with Francis Roig and Marc López, the champion of 21 majors has practiced with his cousin Joan Nadal, son of his mentor and uncle Toni Nadal.
Toni is in Barcelona this week supervising the work of Felix Auger-Aliassime. His son Joan, 17, played this season in the ITF in Manacor, losing to Pedro Rodenas in three sets.
It is not the first time that he has shared a session with his famous cousin. Not in vain, before traveling to the underworld tour after overcoming the coronavirus, the champion of 21 majors called his uncle to train with his cousin.
