(Rinteln) From Monday, May 2nd, 2022, we will start again with a newcomer course in judo.
In the gym of the former IGS on Klosterstraße in Rinteln, training takes place on Mondays from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Children from the age of 6 can take part and need simple sporty clothing and slippers for the first training sessions.
The training for adults and older teenagers takes place every Monday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. An ongoing start is possible and welcome at any time.
As judo division manager Matthias Voges reports, a mouth and nose cover must still be worn when entering and leaving as well as when going to the toilet.
